Production Management
Supports and empowers the Content & Creative team, the Communications Department and NAH Colleagues in telling compelling brand stories through effective content and messaging via strong resource and time management disciplines.
Data Integrity/Asset Management
Assists the Content & Creative team in maintaining a high level of integrity and usefulness with digital assets through proactive and disciplined data and asset management, ensuring that all members of the Communications Department, as well as stakeholders within NAH, can access the resources they need, when they need them, with a reasonable amount of effort.
Brand Stewardship
Upholds and revises, as needed, NAH's brand standards and guidelines, in partnership with the Content & Creative team at NAH, to ensure NAH’s brand remains relevant, visible, and relatable to both colleagues and the community.
Compliance/Safety
Responsible for reporting any safety-related incident in a timely fashion through the Midas/RDE tool; attends all safety-related training programs; performs work in a safe manner; monitors work environment for possible safety issues and ensures others are also performing work in a safe manner.

The Multimedia Specialist, part of the Content & Creative team within the NAH Communications Department, will directly and indirectly support development, production, editing, and delivery of various multimedia products as well as providing support to the Internal, External, and Digital Communications Teams. They are responsible for bringing NAH stories to life, working closely with the Sr. Visual Communications Specialist and Graphic Designer, under the supervision of the Creative Director; capturing NAH’s Missions, Vision and Values through effective, timely, relevant multimedia content; making information more engaging throughout NAH’s print and digital presence; and acting as an ambassador for NAH’s brand.
Responsibilities: Storytelling
Responsible for telling the stories of NAH colleagues and patients, using various multimedia content types including audio, video, photography and design.

Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience (2-5 years in similar role) required.
