Position Information TYPE OF RECRUITMENT: External POSITION: Multimedia Specialist LOCATION: NDSCS - Wahpeton and Fargo, North Dakota TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: Full-time, 12-month, benefited position WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED: Anyone eligible to work in the United States JOB SUMMARY: As the Multimedia Specialist at NDSCS, you will play a critical role in creating compelling, engaging, and informative video content that highlights the unique qualities of our college community. You will collaborate with various departments to produce a wide range of photography and video projects, including promotional materials, educational content, event coverage, and student success stories. This position may require working evenings and weekends, depending on project needs.

Occasional travel may be required for off-campus shoots. Benefits NDSCS offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes single or family health insurance coverage with premiums paid for by the College - with an effective date for new employees the first of the month following the date of hire. Other benefits include basic life insurance, annual and sick leave, retirement plan, tuition waiver, spouse/dependent tuition discount, and employee assistance program.

Optional benefits include life, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending account, and supplemental retirement plans. SALARY: $40,000 - $52,000 commensurate with education and experience Required Competencies Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field At least 2-3 years experience in video production, including filming and editing Proficiency with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) Proficiency with photography for business or organizations marketing Strong storytelling skills and an eye for visual composition Excellent organization and project management abilities Ability work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse college community How To Apply DATE AVAILABLE: As arranged SCREENING BEGINS: Immediately - for full consideration, applications should be received as soon as possible.
