Our dynamic Marketing and Business Development Department is seeking a design professional to join our team as a Multimedia Specialist in our Buffalo, NY office.

The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for developing professional marketing elements through high quality graphic design, photography and videography. Attributes such as being kind, collaborative and hard-working will set you up for success! Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Produce high quality, on-brand graphics that showcase the firm's expertise in a professional and polished manner Update marketing collateral including social media and website graphics, attorney biographies, brochures, one-pagers, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and other designed materials to support our various lines of business Efficient workflow in collaboration with Marketing team to ensure consistency across all creative assets and overall alignment with brand guidelines Photography: Photograph new attorneys and staff at the Buffalo headquarters for internal directories, attorney biographies, and web announcements, utilizing firm camera, transportable backdrop, and tripod Coordinate photography of new attorneys utilizing a short list of preferred vendors across the firm's other 21 offices Videography: Produce, edit, and post internal and external videos Develop motion graphics to enhance video content Misc.

Departmental Needs: Provide backup support to other members of the Digital Marketing team including social media, website and other digital communications Assist in the production of PowerPoint deck design and editing Experience/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, or related discipline required Passion for creating engaging and graphically compelling visuals that translate complex business/technical solutions Familiarity with design best practices, techniques and trends At least 2+ years graphic design, photography and video production / video editing experience in an agency or corporate setting Professional level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and Premier Pro) Fluency with MS Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint Microsoft Teams, Asana project management, WordPress/web authoring tool (preferred) Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills with initiative to resolve issues effectively and seek opportunities to improve existing processes Excellent attention to detail Benefits: This role offers a salary. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.
