Job Description
In a Nutshell: The Multimedia Specialist works closely with the Marketing team to develop high-impact, creative content. They need to be able to effectively communicate and interpret messages in a variety of mediums in both digital and print projects. They need a strong technical background and experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, photography, videography, website design, and copywriting.
The Nitty Gritty
Design: Creates flyers, logos, posters, web pages, emails, advertisements, merchandise, presentations, and more. Manages print projects. Designs visually appealing and effective pieces. Stays up to date with new and emerging design trends. Applies best practices to the design and development of both digital and printed content.
Photography: Assists in the concepting, planning, and execution of both small and large scale photoshoots. Maintains database of images. Serves as one of our main photographers. Edits and enhances photos as needed.
Audio/Video: Shoots, edits, and produces both audio and video clips. Conceptualizes storyboards. Operates video production and recording equipment including cameras, mics, lights, and more. Produces GIFs and other animations.
Copywriting: Creates grammatically correct copy for content. Edits and proofs copy. Conveys clear and effective messages targeted to the appropriate audience. Caters writing style to our brand voice.
Brand: Understands, maintains, and consistently executes upon our brand standards. Helps create tools to ensure that others understand and can also execute brand standards. Consistently works to evolve our brand look, feel, voice, and tone.

Do you have what it takes?
Associates degree/Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience in Marketing or Communications.
Two or more years in graphic design and copywriting
1 or more years in video production and photography
Must be detailed and deadline oriented, highly organized
Excellent verbal communication skills and a charismatic and engaging personality
