MAJOR FUNCTION:
Reporting to the Director, Multimedia, the Multimedia Production Manager produces and manages compelling video and photography content across the organization. This person will collaborate with colleagues in Corporate Marketing on cross-functional initiatives to support marketing and business goals through the creation of compelling audio-visual content that tells the Inspira story. This position requires a strong background in storytelling, video production, animation and optimizing content across digital channels, primarily social media. A strong portfolio of work is required for consideration for this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Visual Media, Marketing, or relevant field
- 5+ years' relevant professional experience in all aspects of video production, including concept development, scriptwriting, shooting, editing and post-production. Health care experience preferred. Recent experience in each area of responsibility is required
- 5+ years' technical experience in video editing software, namely Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- 3+ years' experience managing video production teams and/or external production vendors.
- 3+ years' producing video content optimized for social media/web
- 2+ years' experience collaborating in the development of omni-channel marketing content strategy
- 1+ years' experience making data-based design decisions to improve content performance
- 1+ years' photography/art direction experience
- Experience working with Canon C200 cameras

- Exceptional visual storytelling abilities and a strong understanding of narrative structure and visual aesthetics
