Overview:
Multimedia Manager and Product Photographer
Human Active Technology (HAT), an ergonomic workspace manufacturer located in the Lehigh Valley of PA, is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, Multimedia Manager and Product Photographer to join our dynamic and creative team at our Easton, PA headquarters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for photography, exceptional attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics. As a Multimedia Manager and Product Photographer, you will play a critical role in capturing high-quality images of our products, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
The Multimedia Manager and Product Photographer will work to create digital content that helps tell the Human Active Technology story both internally and externally across our brands HAT Collective and HAT Design Works.
The Multimedia Manager and Product Photographer will display a strong ability in visual storytelling and an understanding of how video integrates with and supports content across various communications channels (social media, web, email).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Storyboard, film, produce and edit short and medium-range videos for product videos, instructional and tutorial videos and brand videos.
- Edit and export video files in the proper format depending on the final media outlet/ video usage.
- Photograph a wide range of products that will be featured on our websites, social media platforms and e-mail marketing as well as industry magazines and all other media placements.
- Maintaining and organizing photos files.
- Responsible for all aspects of digital content creation, including researching, story boarding, shot planning, shooting, and editing.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes footage for use across social media platforms.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in videography and photography to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Consistently produce images that are aligned with Human Active Technology established brand standards.
Skills and Experience
- Experienced using full frame, Canon DSLR camera.
- Capable of utilizing a mix of off camera flash, both strobes + continuous lighting.
- Experienced using a variety of lighting modifiers, scrims, bounce boards etc.
- Comfortable using a Gimbal stabilizer and various video equipment such as sliders, dollys, tripods.
- Proficient using the Adobe suite, more specifically Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro.
- Experienced using audio equipment such as shotgun / lav mics and audio editing capability.
- Motion graphics utilizing Adobe After Effects experience preferred but not required.
- Experienced with audio / stock asset licensing.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of email marketing platform a plus – Constant Contact, MailChimp or other related platforms
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign a plus.
Additional Duties
- Assist in tradeshow management with booth conceptualization and maintaining tradeshow supplies such as banner, pop up displays and other equipment.
- Assist with supplying resellers and distributors with product images and content.
