As the Multimedia Design Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of creating engaging and impactful visual content for print and digital media marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's presence through video and photo content, contributing to marketing campaigns, and collaborating with a dynamic team.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling video and photo content for various marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, podcasts, and email-based campaigns. Your role extends to supporting the communications department by proofing, editing, and writing content, and maintaining effective communication with partners and writers.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Exceptional editing, proofing, and writing skills.
Proficient in video production and editing, with skills in Adobe Premiere Pro/Adobe Rush/iMovie/Final Cut Pro.
Experience with Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Experience with constant contact/email marketing is a plus.
Animation skills are a plus, but not required.
Strong initiative, good judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Film and edit video content for marketing campaigns.
Capture high-quality photographs of events, members, and relevant subjects.
Edit, copyedit, proofread, and format digital content.
Generate and coordinate multimedia content through research.
Prepare marketing content for social media usage.
Participate in coordinating and implementing marketing programs and materials.
Assist other departments with marketing, emails, video, photo, and content creation as needed.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands/Special Conditions:
Non-smoking office environment.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend or squat routinely, and occasionally work with arms above shoulder level.
Travel required 1-5 times per year.
