Join our team as a dynamic intern and explore the multifaceted realm of media in a hands-on environment.

This person will take a lead role in elevating our training program by enhancing both classroom and practical training methods. Responsibilities include the development and improvement of training materials, content creation, hands-on exercises, and simulations. Additionally, the intern will focus on seamless integration with our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a cohesive and effective learning experience.

Roles, Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Curriculum Enhancement:
   • Update, develop, and create training material to advance the current SeekOps training program.
   • Collaborate with training teams to revamp and enrich classroom curriculum content and identify training gaps.
   • Develop innovative methods to make training sessions engaging and impactful.
   • Evaluate and upgrade training materials, including presentations, quizzes, manuals, and Multimedia Content and more.
   • Ensure alignment with company mission and vision.

1. Practical Training Development:
   • Design and improve hands-on exercises and practical training sessions.
   • Incorporate real-world scenarios to enhance the practical applicability of the training.
2. LMS Integration:
   • Work on integrating training content seamlessly into the Learning Management System.
   • Ensure a user-friendly interface and accessibility for trainees.
3. Feedback Analysis:
   • Collect and analyze feedback from trainers and trainees for continuous improvement.
   • Implement changes based on feedback to enhance the overall training experience.
4. Technology Adoption:
   • Explore and recommend technology tools that can enhance training effectiveness.
   • Stay updated on trends in training methodologies and integrate relevant technologies.

1. Media Content Creation:

• Act as the SeekOps photographer and videographer to create engaging and informative content.
• Develop visual assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, and training materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align media content with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to the creation of Multimedia Content that enhances the overall user experience.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in instructional design, education, marketing, media studies or a related field.

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and training program development.
• Extensive computer knowledge specifically in video editing and video editing programs.
• Creative mindset to introduce new and effective training methods.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with training teams and presenting ideas effectively.
• Ability to adapt to evolving training needs and incorporate changes dynamically.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and experience in content integration.
• Adobe Photoshop, After Effects
• Familiarity with UAS/drones, Part 107 Certified
