Salary up to $90,000 (DOE)

If you have experience in fast-casual or casual theme concepts & have worked in scratch kitchens then this is the Multi-unit Manager position for you. Job Description: The Multi-unit Manager's primary responsibility is the overall kitchen & food operations. The Multi-unit Manager will manage the food ordering and production of our scratch kitchen while using proper production forecasting, product handling, and cooking techniques. The Restaurant Multi-unit Manager will also make sure all standards are upheld: the food looks good and is made properly, the portions are correct, and line execution is quick.

Qualifications:
Should have 3 plus years of Restaurant Management experience
Should have High Volume, Fast Paced Environment Experience
Should have a Casual Theme/Full-Service or Buffet Restaurant Experience
Should have superior business acumen; demonstrated ability to analyze and impact business results at an organizational level
Should be able to manage/lead others and build a diverse and effective team
