Responsibilities
In this role as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple quick service and fast food restaurants. Your core responsibilities will include food service management, POS system oversight, supervising a team, ensuring excellent hospitality, managing kitchen operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be involved in interviewing and hiring staff, as well as overall restaurant management. Utilizing your premium skills in food preparation, cooking, and inventory control will be essential to maintaining high standards across all locations. Your relevant experience in banquet services, catering, and barista work will also be valuable in this dynamic management position.
