The Role
The Multi-Center Manager oversees all aspects of site operations in their region, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. This encompasses managing support quality, inventory, cleanliness, merchandising, labor, and operational processes to company standards. This role, reporting directly to the Director of Operations, involves strategic planning for work schedules, employee supervision, and adherence to security, sales, and record-keeping practices. Key performance criteria encompass sales, inventory management, store conditions, merchandising, labor, budgeting, and effective people management.
Experience & Skills:
- A minimum 2 years of experience in retail, service, QSR, or c-store store management.
- Experience with inventory, store, and facility management, and tracking sales and margins.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities to build, motivate, and retain staff.
- Ability to travel to multiple site locations throughout the day.
