MSHA Foreman

• Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced foreman to join our team. As a foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing MSHA Mining projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for, supervising and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Experience:

- Proven experience in mining or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with site/plant managers
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership abilities to supervise crews.

• Duties:

-Take care of the clocking in and out of employees

-Tracking equipment and ensuring it's safe to operate

-Communicating with the fleet managers to resolve any breakdowns
- Fill out daily paperwork
- Oversee the job and the employees
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make adjustments as needed
- Supervise crews to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
