Being a Senior Member Service Representative starts by building relationships that are founded on people, cooperation, service and trust - and it is fundamental in how we distinguish ourselves in the financial services industry. As the face of the organization, you serve a critical role by providing exceptional service to all credit union and community members, volunteers, employees, and service providers.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of financial institution products and services, including loans.
Demonstrated expert ability to solve problems of varying complexity independently with minimal supervision.
Thorough knowledge of financial institutions operational policies and procedures.
Expert ability to use/access knowledgebase or online manuals to gather information for problem.
Highly skilled in the operation of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, internet and intranet "point and click" applications including experience in widely used browsers (i.e., Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome).
Expert ability to effectively review written requests and respond within established deadlines.
Your primary duties as a Senior Member Service Representative are to help branch management lead the day-to-day operations within a branch environment. In addition to leading teams and coaching branch staff, assisting in the handling of difficult situations with the utmost professionalism and tact. You will also be responsible for deepening credit union relationships through expanded services and service channels, opening accounts for both new and existing Members, and helping Members with their borrowing needs. We love to help our members succeed, and it starts by hiring people impassioned by serving the best interests of others!
Compensation: Base starting range: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour commensurate with experience. (This position also eligible for an 8% call center differential)
