The Business Analyst uses various methods to understand the client's business collect business requirements for the project. The methods could include documentation review, one-on-one interviews, client meetings or JAD sessions. After gathering requirements, the Business Analyst documents them for validation by the client. Following validation, the analyst will develop detailed specifications for the development team. Business analysts also support development and testing as needed.
Require experienced resource who is able to compensate for possible lack of industry/MRO specific knowledge. Someone who can effectively capture requirements, collaborate with business and technical resources to complete the necessary requirements and translate those requirements into a Source to Target Mapping for the Ab Initio Developers to code the data migration.
