Quincy Medical Group (QMG) has an exciting opportunity for an MRI Technologistto join our team. QMG is a multi-specialty group practice with more than 155 physicians and providers in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri. Responsibilities
An MRI Technologist coordinates and performs tasks necessary to obtain high-quality MRI images.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Work scheulde will be based on an as-needed basis. Work location is in Quincy, IL.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have necessary qualifications, certifications, and experience in the field. Be detail-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills when working with their team and patients. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, maintain patient safety, and stay current with new MRI technology.
A graduate of an AART-approved program required. Registered license from IEMA required. CPR certification required, available upon hire. A registered MR Technologist through AART and two years of experience in MRI preferred.
