Job Description
MRI Technologist
This department has full-time, part-time, and on-call openings and is hiring for both. Flexibility to match your scheduling needs.
Below are some of the current openings for this department:
Full-Time – Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday from 8:30p-6:30a (Night)
Full-Time – Schedule: Thursday-Saturday from 6:30p-7a (Night)
Full-Time – Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday from 9:30a-11p (Evening)
On-Call/Per Diem – Schedule: Variable schedule up to 20 hours per week
The MRI Tech performs Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated MRI equipment, taking into account an individual patient special or age-related needs. Utilizes knowledge and judgment in regard to imaging factors, imaging technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal images.

Required Qualifications:
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License upon hire, Or
Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist Temporary License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire, Or
National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire
New graduates must be bored eligible and obtain certification (ARRT or ARMRIT) within 6 months of hire.
New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
