• Have reliable transportation and be on time to the office in Chantilly, VA, every time
• Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, including your driving record
• Be able to lift and carry 100+ pounds repeatedly (for real!)
• ·Have a friendly demeanor and professional presence (great customer service skills)
• Driver's license with 5 years of driving experience, with experience operating box trucks
• Knowledge of route driving and customer services is essential
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.

Now that we have that out of the way, let’s talk about everyday life at 123JUNK as a Truck Operator. Your shift starts at our corporate office located in Chantilly, VA. (typically around 0745 AM). You will safely and efficiently operate a box truck to/from customer sites and donation, recycling, and disposal centers, while following all traffic laws and DOT safety regulations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring that it is properly secured during transit. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to company schedule, route, and customer service policies and procedures. You and your team will distribute all items appropriately to empty the truck at the end of the shift so it’s ready to go the following day.

• Flexible Schedules (except for the start times, of course!)
