Move Coordinator/Marketing Assistant
Bridgewater Retirement Community (BRC) seeks a friendly and compassionate customer service professional to coordinate successful move-ins for new Independent Living residents at BRC and provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing and Sales team.

Areas of Responsibility:
- Serve as receptionist for the Marketing and Sales office.
- Oversee the move-in process for future Independent Living residents, including ongoing communication with residents and renovation teams, coordinating the selection of finishes and upgrades, regular monitoring of ongoing renovations, coordination with other teams, and scheduling.
- Manage the move-out process for Independent Living residents and their families.
- Support daily operations, files, lists, and initiatives for the Marketing and Sales team: prepare and send packets to new inquiries, run reports from CRM database, order supplies and promotional products, bid out and manage production of print materials, perform general office duties, etc.
- Provide administrative support and office management for the Marketing and Sales team: maintain stocks of needed supplies and marketing collateral, manage calendars, process invoices, code receipts and track budgets, and perform other duties as needed.
- Coordinate events with the Marketing and Sales team for new inquiries and BRC waitlist members.
- Assist the Director of Marketing and Communication Specialist with the implementation of communications plans.
