Motorcycles Sales Representative

RGV Cycles is seeking a Powersports/Motorcycle Salesperson. This sales consultant is responsible for driving profitability by understanding our inventory Powersports and motorcycles, selling products, achieving retail goals, and building and maintaining customer relationships. They must have a passion for the Motorcycle/Powersports industry and excellent customer service skills.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm & Saturday 10am-4pm Sunday and Monday Off

Motorcycle Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Follow the dealership’s sales process and maintain accurate records of customer interactions with provided Customer Relationship Management system.
• Develop and follow-through on proactive, outbound prospecting plans utilizing both internal and external sources.
• Break monthly goals for phone calls, outbound contacts, kept appointments, etc. into daily and weekly targets; be accountable.
• Use floor time effectively to determine and meet customer needs and solicit proper fitment of BMW Motorcycles, Slingshots, Indian Motorcycles, Triumph Motorcycles and KTM.
• Present the features, advantages, and benefits of the brands we carry to customers.
• Provide informative walk-around presentations relevant to a rider’s needs and desires.
• Maintain profit margin objectives by following the sales process for all motorcycle sales.
• Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.
• Introduce new customers to the service, parts, general merchandise and F&I departments and their personnel.

Motorcycle Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Desire to work in powersports / motorcycle industry
• Must have some Motorcycle riding experience
• Positive attitude
• High level of enthusiasm and energy.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Goal oriented and self-motivated.
• Product knowledge and experience and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
