(Pay Range $40,000 to $80,000)
Job Overview - How You'll Contribute:

Bring your passion for Motorcycles and Harley-Davidson to RENEGADE Harley-Davidson, in Springfield, Missouri! Selling what you love is easy and we will train you to be part of our Best-in-Class Sales Team! NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! We will train you! (Pay Range $40,000 to $80,000)

• Engage with people from all walks of life to understand and assess their personal riding needs.
• Make a friend by sharing your passion for Harley-Davidson with both current and potential Harley-Davidson owners.
• Conduct demo rides with Customer to ensure proper fit.
• Engage Customer with finding the right motorcycle for their needs and budget.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

• Have a passion for Harley-Davidson and love of the motorcycle culture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy partnered with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn and advance within the company.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Motorcycle Endorsement required.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Must be able to pass a physical and back screening.
