Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing exceptional service, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Maintain display shelves and make sure merchandise is properly displayed

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers

- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Knowledge of aftermarket Harley parts trends and products

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.

- Have a passion for Harley motorcycles

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
