Responsibilities – Motor Vehicle Title Clerk:
- Reviews, deals and processes all Motor Vehicle paperwork, including out of state titles
- Maintains titles and inventory
- Collecting and reviewing lien releases, flipping titles
- Monitor and review Motor Vehicle fee schedule and process refunds
- Posting daily transmittal log from ORLS
- Processing Dealer Swaps, and wholesales
- Responsible for other light office duties, as needed
- Monthly Title and MCO reconciliation
- Provide daily hit list to ensure proper information is collected to process deals
- Must keep accurate and proper records
Qualifications – Motor Vehicle Title Clerk:
- Must have Automotive Industry Experience
- Ability to work with teams across all levels in the organization
- High level working knowledge of Excel strongly preferred
- Computer literate and must be able to learn Company software
- CDK experience preferred
- Motor Vehicle Experience Required
