Motion Design Intern

Essential Duties and Qualifications include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Regular and Consistent Attendance
• Assist with creating and resizing graphics/animations for in-theatre LED and LCD displays to promote upcoming films and internal promotions.
• Assist with production set up to capture concession items to use for promotional videos.
• Collaborate and work closely with Lead Designer and other members of the team to come up with new and innovative ways to promote Regal on all platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Staying on top of the latest media trends and technology and applying them to current projects/needs

Education/Experience:

Pursuing a Bachelors in Fine Art/Time Based Art (4D)

Language Ability:

Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.

Reasoning Ability:

Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.  

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software
