Spray Technician Job Description

Spray Technicians treat customers’ property according to the Mosquito Joe policies and procedures. They are knowledgeable of all Mosquito Joe services and policies and fully communicate to customers the expectations, procedures, and tips applicable to the service being provided. Training is provided.

Spray Technicians Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• We will provide Paid Training - We will provide complete training. No experience is necessary but would be a plus.
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Maintain records in accordance with state requirements
• Maintain clean and well-organized service vehicles
• Handle products in a safe manner in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Able to walk customer property while carrying backpack leaf blower (approx 35-60lbs) intermittently throughout the day.
• Comfortable driving to customer locations
• Follow operational procedures as defined and trained.

Employee Expectations:

• No prior experience is required we will provide the necessary paid training.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Have a valid driver's license
• Works well independently and with others
• Be energetic, hardworking & reliable
• High school diploma/GED
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must possess a great attitude and be dependable
• Must be customer service oriented, possess excellent communication & customer service skills
• Must be able to work long hours if needed and work some Saturdays (if needed)
• Must take 100 points multiple-choice test (Materials will be provided)
• Strength to carry a 35-60lb backpack sprayer
• Temporary Seasonal Position (Now-October)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
