Triad Financial Services is currently seeking a  Mortgage Loan Originations Manager.  The manager will perform the following duties:

• Team Pipeline Management - Analyze active loan files regularly and determine solutions to move pre-qualification approvals to conditional approvals, conditional approvals to closings in a timely manner.
• Understand Triad's loan products, rates, guidelines, and loan process.
• Meeting or exceeding Triad "pull-through" goals (percentage of apps to pre-quals, and pre-quals to conditional approvals) 
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
• Setup and maintain report schedules 
• Create basic reports using Microsoft Office
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Highly proficient with Excel or other spreadsheet software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data
• Understanding use of Microsoft Office
• BS in Business Administration or 2+ years in Manufactured Homes Sales or Finance 
• 3+ years of experience in the Mortgage Servicing Industry is a plus
• Must have NMLS license

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
• Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to physically type

* Candidate will be required to take the 20-hour SAFE Act course and pass the exam to become a state-licensed MLO within four to six weeks of employment. Additional State specific training and course testing may be required in conjunction with Federal licensing. Candidate will be subject to a credit inquiry and federal background check.
