At Motto Mortgage IMG, we're not just growing; we're revolutionizing the mortgage lending process. We're searching for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. With us, it's not just about the loans you bring in - we provide you with direct appointments and leads from our established client base, setting you up for immediate origination opportunities.
We are proud partners with one of the top real estate teams in the area, and our in-house Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) are tasked with setting up appointments with potential customers directly to you. You'll work alongside our large team of dedicated real estate agents, providing seamless, efficient service to our clients. Though you have the flexibility to work remotely, you should be based in the same state as your assigned agents.
We anticipate you to nurture your existing referral sources while maximizing the direct appointments and leads provided by our ISAs. With our strong network and streamlined processes, we're here to amplify your productivity significantly.

Responsibilities:

• Verifies that loans originated can be done pursuant to available programs and investor guidelines.
• Reviews and analyzes all loan documentation received such as, appraisals, loan applications, credit reports, income, assets, and title insurance.
• Checks ratios and verifies accuracy of AUS findings and program applicability.
• Inputs loan file documentation accurately into necessary software programs.
• Reviews and Submits applications and conditions to the underwriter for approval.
• Orders third party documentation and reports.
• Provides status updates to Mortgage Loan Officers
• Identifies potential issues and communicates with Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Monitors overall loan processing cycle time to ensure loan closes on time.
• Obtains and verifies clearance of all underwriting conditions and prepares the file for submission to closing.
• Regular and Reliable attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position with immediate origination opportunities.
• We offer a highly competitive commissions.

Qualifications:

• Proven history of originating purchase loans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to use video conferencing daily.
• College degree is strongly preferred.
• Proficient technical skills (Microsoft or Google Suite, experience using a CRM to manage leads, etc.)

Experience:

• 2 year(s): Mortgage application experience
• 2 year(s): Recent secondary market mortgage processing experience or member service experience.
