Support Zenith Home Loans company operations and strategic goals by serving as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, while proactively supporting the sales and operations departments to maintain efficiency and accuracy throughout the office. Job Duties

• Director of communication from turnover to clear to close. This includes but is not limited to borrowers, loan officers (and their teams), real estate agents, appraisers, admin staff, underwriting, borrowers, all 3rd party companies, closing, post-closing, financial institutions, and anyone else that is involved on a given loan file.
• Updating the Salesforce record for every borrower in processes, a minimum of 2x per week to ensure sales always has the most up to date information
• Requesting, accepting, and reviewing all loan documentation from turnover on. Ensuring it’s accurate and complete, filed for the underwriter to review, and assigned to the applicable condition in the eFolder.
• Review appraisal reports. Working with the appraiser when updates are needed.
• Confirm all third party and borrower documentation is complete and correct.
• Prepare and send all disclosure packages required during the loan flow.
• Conduct bi-weekly pipeline meetings and inputting all notes on the Operations Pipeline status report.
• Effectively manage pipeline to meet all internal and external deadlines
