Mortgage Loan Originator

We are looking for motivated people that would like to get certified as a Mortgage Loan Originator.

A Mortgage Loan Originator is the first step in the homebuyer process or refinancing. A Mortgage Loan originator answers questions, collects documents, verifies information and helps the prospective buyer get preapproved. That preapproval letter is what they take to the Realtor to begin their home search. We will provide all of the necessary online training and course material. This process can be completed as soon as thirty days dependent upon how motivated you are to get it done. However, there is no time limit.

You will be employed with a Federally Accredited Credit Union who is qualified to lend in all 50 states which is what makes this opportunity special. Once you complete the course, pass the background, the fingerprinting and obtain your NMLS you will then be certified/licensed in all 50 states and you DO NOT have to take a state exam or worry about yearly continuing education fees. Those additional fees will all be exempt.

Qualifications Needed:

● Must pay one-time initial investment fee ($249.00 - due today if ready to begin)

● Must complete Coursework and pass exam

● Must pass Background Check ($40 fee - not due today)

● Must pass Fingerprinting ($60 fee - not due today)

● Must obtain NMLS (we will provide all information for this- Day 1)

● Smart phone/laptop/tablet/computer (one of the options is needed)

● Must be Coachable
