```Duties:```
- Utah Mortgage Loan Officer License is required
- Process Mortgage Loan applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Review loan files for completeness and compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Verify borrower information, including employment, income, credit history, and assets
- Calculate debt-to-income ratios and review credit reports
- Prepare loan files for underwriting review and submit to the appropriate department
- Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to gather necessary information and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and other third parties to obtain necessary documentation for loan closing
- Ensure all loan documents are accurate and complete prior to closing
- Maintain confidentiality of borrower information and adhere to all privacy regulations
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage processing or related role
- Strong knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, credit analysis, and TILA regulations
- Familiarity with escrow processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using accounting software and other relevant computer applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, and other parties involved in the loan process
