We're in search of a motivated and Mortgage Loan Officer who embodies our principle of Mortgage Intelligently™. Commissions are uncapped, our technology is robust, and you’ll enjoy a steady stream of Leads to bolster your business growth efforts.

What You'll Do:

• We have a unique ability to generate high performing leads even in tough markets. We'll generate leads and teach you have to generate leads to 3X your monthly closings!

What You Need:

• A minimum of 2 years of Mortgage Loan origination experience.
• Active NMLS license(s).
• Commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
• Adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines.
• Strong personal management skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience.
• Exceptional sales skills with a strong drive to achieve and excel.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
