Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans for various purposes. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs
- Evaluate loan applications and determine the eligibility of applicants
- Conduct credit analysis and assess the risk associated with each loan application
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation for loan processing
- Guide clients through the loan application process, providing them with information on available loan options and terms
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with underwriters, appraisers, and other professionals to facilitate the loan approval process
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in lending policies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of loan processing procedures, credit analysis, and financial products
- Familiarity with escrow processes and accounting software
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable loan terms for clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of FNMA guidelines and regulations is preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
