We are rapidly expanding and are looking for polished producers with an established team of Loan Officers (or start as a Sr LO and build a team).

• You currently originate 2 or more purchase mortgages a month with aspirations of having your own team of originators, start as a Sr LO

Compensation:

$300,000 yearly + bonuses and commission

Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales goals are achieved by leading, training, and motivating employees
• Represent our brand in a positive way to referral networks, such as realtors, using effective marketing tactics and paying strong attention to reputation management
• Meet and exceed sales management goals, pipeline goals, and new business generation goals to increase market share
• Adhere to state, regional, and federal guidelines, and ensure all loans meet company policies and procedures
• Maintain and enforce branch policies, procedures, and protocols are followed by all team members

Qualifications: 4-year degree in banking, finance, economics or business administration preferred

• - equivalent experience accepted
• Strong industry knowledge and advanced technical/ computer skills
• Previous experience required: 3-5 years of experience in banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience a supervisory role as customer service, human resources, business development, sales, or operations manager
• Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans
• Preferred NMLS or state licensing

Minimum Qualifications:

• The team of the PSM must consist of a minimum of 2 Originators (including the PSM)
• Production history of the team must be at 6 or more purchase units per month. A smaller team will be considered based on production history. Example: A team of 1 or 2 total originators assuming total past purchase production was a minimum of 5-7 units per month
