Job Title: Java Developer
Java / J2EE positions

• Solid hands on work experience of 6-10 years in Java/J2EE development
• Very strong experience in Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate or an equivalent ORM, Web Services – SOAP / RESTful
• Very strong experience in enterprise level J2EE platforms using J2EE design patterns
• Experience in SQL & Oracle DB
• Experience in JUNIT, TDD
• Experience with source control software such as GIT, Subversion
• Experience with Javascript MVC frameworks such as Angular, Ember, JQuery, Dojo is a plus
• Experience with Micro Services, Spring boot, NoSQL is a plus

A mid-senior level Java-J2EEE lead to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:

• A kickass techie with strong experience in Core Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate.
• Good knowledge in SQL will be an advantage
• He should be having 5+ years of practical experience in these technologies
• Able to diagnosis technical issues and suggest solutions to implement on his own
• Work in the challenging environment and absolutely excellent on the technical areas and work as an IC role
• Knowledge of Tomcat and Maven will get you additional brownie points.

Process Skills:

• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
• Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
• Good communication skills to interact with the clients.

Behavioral Skills:

• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

• Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in software development.
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
