This position is a key member of the Moderator team and will work with the team to enforce the adherence and preservation of AMP's quality standards, and ensure that AMP is maintained to our standards.
Work Summary
Moderate user studies on Company campus with full time employees.
Responsibilities
- Ability to set-aup and organize devices and other equipment for on-campus studies.
- Providing initial review of customer submissions to ensure they meet defined standards.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects.
- Providing feedback to management to improve tools, policies and procedures.
- The position requires excellent communication skills, as well as resourcefulness, and ingenuity in solving problems, dependability, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision while managing a variety of responsibilities.
- Requires the person to be dedicated to our high standards of quality.
- Strong soft skills; clear communication; organized.
- HW/SW understanding; computer/device setup experience. Good troubleshooting skills.
- Assist with technical tasks associated with confidential study bring-up across multiple technologies.
- Understanding qualitative aspects of collecting data and the participant journey.
