MOC Standardization and Assessment Analyst
The Opportunity:

As a Maritime Operation Center (MOC) Standardization and Assessment Analyst, you'll bring your operational level of war, analytical, and training expertise to work alongside thought leaders in enhancing warfighting effectiveness, maximizing commonality, and focusing on maritime C2 at the tactical and operational levels of war. You'll use your skills and expertise to provide Fleet Commanders and MOCs with advanced level training and exercises leading to MOC certification and operational readiness.
Work with us to prepare MOC staffs to perform the functions of a joint forces maritime component commander (JFMCC) or form the nucleus of a joint task force (JTF).

You Have:

  • 3 years of experience assigned to a Component or Fleet MOC staff
  • 3 years of experience in a training and exercise position on a MOC, a service equivalent, or JFC staff
  • Experience on the assessment cell of a Navy fleet, service equivalent, or JFC staff
  • Ability to write and edit technical documents at a 4-star level service, joint staff, or DOD executive level
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including short-notice travel
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Knowledge of MOC levels of performance, readiness assessment and feedback standards, as well as associated standard metrics
  • Knowledge of Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) and the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS)
  • Ability to compile input from multiple authors, research discrepancies, and analyze results
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines
  • TS/SCI Clearance

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
