Job Description:
- College degree is a plus but not required if they have the work experience
- 5 years minimum experience but will look at slightly less experience if the experience matches their needs
- 9a-5p CST or EST depending on where they are located
- Will consider MST or PST candidates if they can support CST or EST timezone
- They will be troubleshooting for Guggenheim users and interacting with carriers. Eventually the candidate will assist with operational support regarding processes, standards, and procedures.
- Must have domestic carrier experience (Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Telecommunication etc.)
- Financial services industry exposure is a plus but not required
- They will also look at candidates with Mobile device tech management
- Procurement Support:Facilitate the procurement of mobile devices and related services for Guggenheim users.Collaborate with vendors and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Troubleshooting and Support:Provide technical troubleshooting support for Guggenheim users' mobile devices.Interact with carriers to resolve issues related to connectivity, devices, and services.
- Operational Support:Assist with operational support related to mobile procurement processes, standards, and procedures.Contribute to the development and maintenance of efficient procurement workflows.
- Timezone Support:Work within CST or EST timezones; however, candidates in MST or PST will be considered if they can support the CST or EST timezone.
- Experience Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mobile procurement.Consideration for slightly less experience if skills and expertise align with organizational needs.
- Carrier Experience:Essential to have experience with domestic carriers in the Telecommunication industry.Familiarity with carrier relationships, plans, and services.
- Financial Services Exposure:Exposure to the financial services industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education:College degree is a plus, but not required if candidates possess relevant work experience.
- Mobile Device Tech Management:Consideration for candidates with experience in mobile device tech management.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure seamless mobile device operations.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of mobile device procurement, issues, and resolutions.Document and communicate best practices for mobile device usage.
- Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
