This full-time contractor position requires a deep knowledge of various smartphone brands, models, and operating systems, combined with the ability to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and help them navigate our products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Diagnose and repair a variety of cell phone issues such as broken screens, battery problems, software issues, and other technical malfunctions. - Provide accurate estimates for repairs and ensure timely completion of work. - Inform and educate customers about the status of their repair, and explain technical issues in a clear, non-technical manner. - Assist customers in selecting products and accessories that enhance their device usage. - Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments. - Stay informed on the latest mobile technology and repair techniques. - Help maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting store environment. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s success. **Qualifications:** - Experience in cell phone repair, with hands-on skills in replacing components and troubleshooting devices. - Proficiency with the tools and diagnostic software used in the repair process. - Sales or customer service experience, particularly in technology or electronics, is a plus. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well independently and build customer rapport. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. **Importance of Knowing the Trade:** The role is a perfect intersection of technical expertise and customer interaction, with the ability to efficiently address issues and stay current with rapidly changing technology. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $24.33 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
