As a Multi-Site Counseling Therapist, you will provide specialized care tailored to meet our clients' unique needs, fostering growth and recovery. You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy as needed at our Outpatient and Residential /Medical Detox facilities in Colorado Springs, ensuring personalized care for each client. You will also step in for staff absences, supporting increased client census and providing general assistance, contributing to the smooth functioning of our programs. You will support clients at multiple levels of care, working with diverse Mental Health, substance use, and mood disorder diagnoses, guiding them on their journey to healing and recovery.

What You'll Do

As a Multi-Site Therapist at Sandstone Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those who are struggling with Mental Health and substance use issues. You will provide comprehensive therapy across our Outpatient and Residential/Medical Detox facilities in the Colorado Springs and Cascade area, tailoring your approach to the unique needs and goals of each client. You will also be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values your expertise and input.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual, group, and family therapy as needed, using evidence-based practices and modalities to help clients develop coping skills, self-awareness, and resilience.
• Stepping in for staff absences, supporting increased client census and providing general assistance, contributing to the smooth functioning of our programs.
• Supporting clients at multiple levels of care, working with diverse Mental Health, substance use, and mood disorder diagnoses, guiding them on their journey to healing and recovery.
• Embracing a variable schedule with open and flexible availability, adapting to the needs of our clients and programs.

Who You Are

You are a passionate and skilled therapist who wants to make a difference in the lives of young adults and adolescents. You have a clinical license and experience in treating substance abuse and Mental Health issues. You are proficient in various therapeutic modalities and techniques, and you have strong documentation skills. You are also flexible and adaptable, ready to work in different settings and with different clients.

Some of your qualifications are:

• Clinical license is required:(LPC, LCSW, LMFT, MSLSW) Provisional Licenses will also be considered (LPCC, LSW, MFTC)
• Previous experience in substance abuse treatment, preferably inResidential and/or Outpatient settings
• Previous experience in Mental Health/mood disorder treatment is required.
• Preferred clinical skills/abilities: Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Strong Documentation Skills
