We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for performing various construction and remodeling tasks to transform and improve residential properties. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
```Responsibilities```
- Execute remodeling projects according to specifications and blueprints
- Perform demolition work, including removing old structures, fixtures, and materials
- Install new structures, fixtures, and materials such as windows, doors, flooring, cabinets, etc.
- Utilize power tools for cutting, drilling, sanding, and other construction tasks
- Install glass for windows, doors, and other applications
- Restore damaged structures by repairing or replacing components
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Remodeler or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and building codes
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.54 - $20.65 per hour
