Duties/Responsibilities:
Home Repair and Rehab
- Finish carpentry (trim, cabinets, countertops, doors, laminate flooring, fixtures, etc)
- General handyman skills (painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, light framing, etc)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Can diagnose problems and maintain equipment
- Understands the balance between a quick pace and quality
- Desire to master new skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently but also apart of a team
- Problem solver with mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Courteous, friendly attitude towards residents and co-workers
- One who takes pride in their work
