Our team is looking for skilled game creators who can bring innovation to the gaming world with captivating play experiences, compelling narratives, and outstanding visual and audio quality.
What you’ll do:

• Balance item designs based on your own playtesting and feedback and data you’ve gathered from the team
• Outline the game’s concept and the storyboard for the overall game experience tailored to our target audience
• Help establish and enforce consistent design practices, constraints, and metrics throughout the project
• Implement and debug game content via game engine tools, asset editors, localization, and balance sheets
• Train quality assurance testers to play the game so it can be tested properly

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in game design, computer graphics, animation, software engineering, or a related field
• Shareable examples of items you’ve designed and implemented for a personal or professional project
• Gaming experience on mobile and other platforms
• 4+ years of experience in professional Game Design
• Have a basic knowledge of blueprints, scripting, and data tables
• Knowledge of game engines such as Unreal, Unity, Lumberyard, etc
• Great verbal and written communication
• An open mind and welcoming attitude of growth and curiosity
• A high comfort level when it comes to sharing and asking for feedback

Pay & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-$95,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service.
