Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join the mobile Clinic Concierge team in Houston, TX for a part-time role with available shifts during the evenings on weekdays and daytime and evening shifts on the weekends. This position is ideal for a candidate who is an experienced healthcare professional and has a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum one year of experience providing direct patient care is required. Primary care experience preferred.
- Experience in IV hydration administration.
- Cosmetic experience in neurotoxin injections is preferred but not required.
- Weight loss management experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop effective care plans.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of work.
- Community building and networking skills are a plus.
- Clean driving and criminal record.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both patients and providers on the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home medical services consisting of adult sick visits, pediatric sick visits, IV hydration (and/or cosmetic services if experienced and trained).
- Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based practices.
- Prescribe patient medications based on patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families about preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Keep proper storage of medical supplies and track inventory.
- Knowledgeable about all the services Clinic Concierge offers.
- Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards.
- Contribute to a quality work environment by being a solution-oriented, team player.
- Regularly attend and participate in training and staff meetings.
- Complete patient charting in a timely manner.
- Practice in accordance with the Board of Nursing, Texas State law, and Clinic Concierge’s policies and procedures.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $130.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
