CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Mobile Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract with sites around the West London area.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial electrical building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression or someone who is looking for a great mobile role. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £42,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00

Key duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

• Compliance and logbooks

\n

• CAFM systems (elogs and Webquote used onsite)

\n

• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.

\n

• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.

\n

• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.

\n

• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.

\n

• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.

\n

• Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.

\n

• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.

\n

• Escort specialist subcontractors

\n

Requirements

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3

\n

• City & Guilds - 18th Edition

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing
