Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

• Computer expertise required
• Repair, maintain, and service Mobile Devices
• Repair LCD-replaced smartphone displays
• Disassemble, fix, and reassemble units
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage appointments and work schedules
• Ensure a memorable customer experience
• Safely arrive at client locations within appointment windows

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Personal/ professional experience with smartphone screen replacement
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities
• Current driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
• Background check and drug test required
• Authorization to work in the US
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a related profession
• Experience working with customers (e.g., B2B sales, retail, wireless, or consumer electronics)
• Technical training in electronics or consumer electronics (ideal for recent graduates)

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
