Chandler Behavioral Health began providing mental health services to adults, children, and families in 2019. We are looking for Qualified Mental Health Professionals for our Comprehensive Crisis Services Division. Mobile Crisis Response and Community Stabilization which are short-term interventions to stabilize and link individuals experiencing a mental health crisis with long-term supports. Some of the duties are provide one-on-one supportive services to individuals experiencing a crisis jeopardizing their current placement, initiate and facilitate de-escalation techniques, utilize effective interpersonal communication skills, engage in support interventions in accordance with the individual service plan and the therapeutic process. The Comprehensive Crisis Services Division services individuals in the Richmond area as well as surrounding counties such as but not limited to: Richmond, City, Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, Chester, Petersburg, Hopewell, Dinwiddie, Colonial Heights and Midlothian.
