We are looking for a candidate who is able to work remotely. The position may require weekend and holiday availability.
This is a part-time position.

Essential Functions for the Customer Support Advocate role:
- As a member of the Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service via our email support platform.
- Handle customer issues using our support tool (Zendesk).
- Triage issues and escalate them when necessary.
- Develop and maintain expertise across a range of subject areas, gaining sufficient familiarity with the associated processes to be able to process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Document customer issues.
- Participate in the legal information request compliance process
- Continuous improvement of our self-service portal and knowledge base.
- Opportunity for participation in TextMe's social media presence.
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Motivated self-starter.
- Excellent customer-facing and writing skills.
- Passion for helping others and creating Customer Support experiences that wow users and create loyalty.
- Customer support experience in a high-volume environment and familiarity with Zendesk.
- Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems from an end-user perspective.
- Knowledge of mobile platforms: iOS and Android.
- Spanish, Hindi or French a plus.
