The Customer Support Advocate has a tremendous opportunity to make an impact on the product, the user base, and the company.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to work remotely. The position may require weekend and holiday availability.

This is a part-time position.

Essential Functions for the Customer Support Advocate role:

• As a member of the Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service via our email support platform.
• Handle customer issues using our support tool (Zendesk).
• Triage issues and escalate them when necessary.
• Develop and maintain expertise across a range of subject areas, gaining sufficient familiarity with the associated processes to be able to process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Document customer issues.
• Participate in the legal information request compliance process
• Continuous improvement of our self-service portal and knowledge base.
• Opportunity for participation in TextMe's social media presence.

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

• Motivated self-starter.
• Excellent customer-facing and writing skills.
• Passion for helping others and creating Customer Support experiences that wow users and create loyalty.
• Customer support experience in a high-volume environment and familiarity with Zendesk.
• Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems from an end-user perspective.
• Knowledge of mobile platforms: iOS and Android.
• Spanish, Hindi or French a plus.
