RBT Youth Sports Coach (WEEKENDS ONLY)

Kidokinetics is a mobile sports program for kids on the spectrum. We introduce adaptive sports and activities to kids in a FUN and non-competitive way fostering their physical skills and confidence and providing a supportive environment for socialization and sensory play, while promoting valuable social skills and friendships for children ages 18 months to 12 years old.

Programs are conducted in clinics and gyms. Coaches will be assigned a set schedule of sites that would be consistent on a weekly basis. Our programs are offered on Wednesdays 5pm-6pm and, on Saturdays 12pm-4pm.

This position REQUIRES experience working with children on the spectrum, preferrably as an RBT or BCBA, a High school diploma, valid driver’s license. Applicants must pass a level 2 background check to be considered for employment. We are looking for responsible, reliable, outgoing people to join our team. Having a reliable car is a MUST as we are a mobile program.

The starting hourly rate depends on experience with reimbursement for travel and mileage. Compensated bi-weekly for teaching, monthly meetings, and drive time. Paid training provided prior to teaching on your own.
