Mitigation Manager

Immediate Opening for a Management position with a reputable restoration company in the Philadelphia area! HYBRID SCHEDULE AVAILABLE!
Our client is looking for a Mitigation Manager that will lead a team in the field. This position will be a mix of in-office and field support. This position offers a competitive salary, benefits, bonus, and room for growth!
Responsibilities:

• Management and delegation of Mitigation Department staff, including emergency services and contents
• Recruit, train, lead, and coach Mitigation Department staff and (Labor, Mitigation Crew Leaders and Coordinators)
• Set goals for each team member that can be explained and measured; conduct annual, mid-year and 90-day performance reviews with staff
• Participate in the hiring process
• Conduct monthly staff meetings
• Drive response and urgency
• Maintain morale and engagement
• Recruit vendors and subcontractors; ensure subcontractor compliance
• Responsible for Resource Management of the following:

o Movement, care, and inventory of equipment in the warehouse and on jobsites
o Tracking of assets (equipment)
o Dispatching of Technicians
o On Call Schedule
o Vehicle Maintenance
o Staffing needs

• Complete estimates for Mitigation losses
• Review estimates written by Mitigation Crew Leaders
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers
• Maintain and create good relationship with insurance carriers and vendors
• Auditing of customer service complaints
• Monitor and address safety issues and practice safety practices including proper PPE
• Marketing and sales of your company"s services to current and potential client base, insurance carriers, and industry professionals

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two plus years" experience in a management or leadership role
• Five plus years" experience within the Emergency Services Department within the restoration industry a HUGE plus
• Experience with writing estimates
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
