Mitigation Manager

Kustom US’ management team is expanding in our Southeast region! We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Mitigation Manager to lead our field mitigation and remediation crews. Position Type: Full Time, Senior Level

Salary Pay Range: $55K-70K, Negotiable; depending on experience and sub-trade network of vendors

Incentives: Eligible for commission based off Gross Profit, as well as Sales & Marketing.

New Hire Bonus: $2000.000 after 90 days of employment

Schedule: 40+ hours a week

Company Issued: You will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, and cell phone.

Core Responsibilities:

• Exercise significant independent judgement within broadly defined polices & practices to determine the best course of action to achieve prime objectives.
• Work directly with the General Manager for growth, employment, and revenue planning.
• Oversee hiring, training, and ongoing performance management of Mitigation & Remediation staff.
• Monitor & participate in on-call schedule for after-hours service calls.
• Track and oversee all job production productivity, including job estimates, costs, revenue, profitability, staff productivity, workload, time reporting, and job completion rate.
• Act as point of escalation for trade partners & homeowners with concerns.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration, and/or construction experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skillset.
• Strong hands-on leadership skills complete with conflict management & emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in Xactimate software.
• IICRC Certified highly preferred
