Summary
The position’s primary responsibilities include assisting the client’s Market Areas grow their pool of pre-qualified minority candidates who are aligned and ready to invest when dealership opportunities arise in the Market. Flexible locations across the continental United States.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Providing weekly status reports to Market Area Managers and Senior Leadership team
- Working closely with 3-4 Regional Managers and Market Representation Managers within the assign Market Area
- Build a pool of qualified ethnic Minority Dealer Candidates by making cold calls and following up on Regional contact leads
- Assess the qualifications of the potential Dealer Candidates around the 4’Cs – Capital, Capacity, Character and Customer Satisfaction
- Guide the prospective Dealer Candidate through the Retail Network pre-approval process
- Maintain detailed tracking of information and documentation through the process
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
What you bring
- Must be able to positively represent the client
- Knowledgeable about all of the support elements the company provides
- Broad working knowledge of overall Dealership Operations
- Detailed working knowledge of dealer financials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making in-person and WebEx video calls
- Understanding of the Retail Network Development (Franchising) processes and tools, including, but not limited to:
- Capital Loan Investment Program (CLIP)
- Credit CLIP Loan Process
- Dealership Application Process
- An understanding of population changes, growth audiences and how to communicate with diverse audiences
- An understanding of ethnic minority populations per market area
- Strong organizational skills
